Payment
I am an Aetna, MHN/Healthnet, MagnaCare and Beech Street Provider.   Other patients are reimbursed through their out-of-network benefits, typically at 70% of my rate.  This option does not place a limit on the number of sessions.  All patients are required to leave a credit/debit card on file with my office.  Co-payments, session fees, consultation fees and missed appointment fees will be charged to the card on file.  Patients will receive a statement via email on the 5th of each month for their records and for reimbursement purposes.

Location & Hours

My office is conveniently located on 5th Avenue at 30th Street.  I have daytime, evening and weekend appointments available.
